FAQs

How do I reset my password?

Open the nu app, go to the login screen, and tap “Forgot password?”. We will email a reset link to the address associated with your account.

Why is my fasting streak missing?

Ensure you log your fasting start and end times each day. If the streak still appears incorrect, reach out with the dates that are missing and we will investigate.

Can I export my data?

Yes. In the app, go to Settings → Data & Privacy → Export data. You will receive a download link via email within 24 hours.
